The nature of the Lepel region is vividly and picturesquely presented in two ecological routes - "Land of Yellow Water Lilies and Grey Boulders" and "My Berezina Land".
Currently, the route "Legends and Tales of the Lepel Lakes" is being developed with the aim of familiarizing visitors with the water resources of the district, rivers and lakes, the origin of which is associated with local legends and beliefs. The Lepel Regional Museum of Local Lore and the State Nature Protection Institution "Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve" have nature museums.
Members of the district organization of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union (BRSM), students of the college, lyceum, and pupils of secondary schools take an active part in improving the ecological situation in the district. The "World Cleanup 2012: Let's Do It Together" campaign became a significant event for our district. During the campaign, students, with the support of utility services and the State Forestry Institution "Lepel Leskhoz", cleared forest park areas of Lepel and the village of Borovka from litter.
