For example, on August 17, from 10 AM to 12 PM, by telephone 4-17-36, not only the Chairman of the District Executive Committee Pyotr Shykshnian and Deputy Chairman Vital Dzmіtryeu, but also the Chairman of the District Consumer Society Ryhor Stosh, Director of OJSC "Lepelski MKK" Alyaksandr Mikhaylouski, and Director of the Bakery Viktor Avdeyienka, were expecting questions from residents of the town and district on topical issues of trade services and goods supply.
Any telephone call is listened to attentively and registered, indicating the applicant's surname, first name, and patronymic, their place of residence, work, status, a brief summary of the issue raised, and the results of its consideration. If necessary, relevant written inquiries are organised to be sent to specific officials for response and substantive resolution of the emerging problem. For instance, Tatyana Mazgo, the elder of the village of Poplawki, called the Chairman of the District Executive Committee Pyotr Shykshnian regarding the preservation of a post office branch in the settlement, as it is very much needed by the villagers. The issue has been assigned to the district postal communication hub, jointly with the Pyshnyanski rural executive committee, for study and finding a solution.
Natyallya Lyadnyova, a resident of Hubina, complained about the poor quality of tap drinking water. The appeal was forwarded for response to KUP "Barowka". Director Uladzimir Aksyonovich informed in writing that to improve the quality of drinking water, work has been carried out to clean and flush the water supply network, artesian well, water tower, and internal water supply systems of this settlement.
Lyudmila Khanyak from Lepel, residing on Pershamayskaya Street, contacted the "direct telephone line" due to garden flooding. The problem was studied and reviewed with an on-site visit. The enterprise "Lepelskoe PMS" has been instructed to lay a drainage channel with the installation of a water receiver.
Yuliya Khatskevich from the village of Kraytsy asked for help in felling a hazardous tree growing in her yard. The tree has been felled.
