According to the ministry representative, with the adoption of Directive No. 4 and Decree No. 181, the mechanism for regulating remuneration in the real sector has fundamentally changed. The transition from the mandatory application of the Unified Tariff Scale to its recommendatory nature has been carried out. Almost the entire regulatory legal framework governing remuneration in the real sector of the economy has been revised. Employers' rights to establish flexible remuneration systems have been significantly expanded. This provides an opportunity to enhance the work motivation of individual proactive, highly qualified employees, including organisation managers.
The state policy in the field of remuneration in 2012 will be aimed at creating conditions and opportunities for able-bodied citizens to earn funds to meet their needs and ensure a decent standard of living for themselves and their families.
Among the main tasks in the field of remuneration in 2012 are the expansion of the practice of introducing new flexible forms and systems of remuneration by economic entities, which will contribute to creating conditions for increasing wages for employees directly dependent on production efficiency, quality, and labour productivity; strengthening the role of the minimum wage as a state minimum social guarantee in the field of remuneration. -0-
