"The beginning of your diplomatic mission coincides with a period of significant transformations in Belarus. However, this is not about a global shift in priorities. It is primarily an internal matter of our country. To ensure the dynamics of further development of Belarusian society and to adjust domestic and foreign policy, the need for change has objectively matured in the country," said the Head of State.

Alexander Lukashenko also noted that Belarus is celebrating the Year of National Unity, the goals of which are further consolidation of society, strengthening its patriotic foundations, and uniting the multinational Belarusian people based on the ideas of sovereignty and independence.
