Regional Initiatives

Attention! Small and medium-sized enterprises can obtain credit resources at 8 percent per annum for the implementation of their investment projects.

Credit resources can be provided by banks and the Development Bank for the implementation of effective and financially feasible investment projects included in the "Regional Initiative" list, under the following conditions:

loan currency – Belarusian rubles;
the loan agreement is concluded for the payback period of the investment project, but not exceeding 15 years;
interest rate: not exceeding 8 percent per annum, for agrarian regions – not exceeding 6.5 percent per annum.
Projects must be implemented in the regions, excluding regional centers and the city of Minsk, as well as their adjacent districts.
