From 14 to 30 November, the Lepel district is hosting the republican campaign "Don't Burn Your Life Out!", aimed at preventing fires and deaths caused by careless handling of fire while smoking.

From 14 to 30 November, the Lepel district is hosting the republican campaign "Don't Burn Your Life Out!", aimed at preventing fires and deaths caused by careless handling of fire while smoking. Since the beginning of the year, five fires have occurred in the Lepel district for this reason, resulting in two fatalities. We kindly request the residents of the district to be especially attentive and vigilant regarding their own safety, and to show care for those around them – neighbours, relatives, and acquaintances. People who abuse alcohol and smoke in bed while intoxicated put not only themselves but also others at risk. Your attentiveness might save someone's life. Do not neglect basic safety rules, do not be careless or negligent when handling fire while smoking. Take care of yourselves and your loved ones!
