Since the beginning of the year, thirteen fires have occurred in the Lepel district for this reason, and two people have died. We would like to make a heartfelt request to the residents of the district to be especially attentive and vigilant regarding their own safety, and to show care for those around them – neighbours, relatives, and acquaintances. People who abuse alcohol and smoke in bed while intoxicated put not only themselves but also others at risk. Your attentiveness might save someone's life. Do not neglect basic safety rules, and do not be careless or negligent when handling fire while smoking.
