To address organisational issues concerning the preparation and holding of this event in the Vitebsk region, a working group has been established by the order of the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev.
On this day, residents of the region will work at their workplaces or carry out landscaping and restoration of historical and cultural sites, territories of populated areas, and prepare children's health and sports and health camps for the summer season.
Funds earned during the voluntary work day, including at workplaces, in amounts determined voluntarily by employees, including employees whose activities are not related to the production of goods (works) or the provision of paid services, shall be transferred to separate accounts of city and district executive committees, with subsequent transfer to the account of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee: No. BY04AKVV36413010004712000000, JSC "ASB Belarusbank", BIC AKVVBY2X, UNP 300294561, OKPO 00022705.
In accordance with the resolution, 50% of the funds earned on the day of the republican subbotnik will be transferred to the Ministry of Health to strengthen the material and technical base of medical institutions, including the purchase of equipment for providing planned and emergency medical care to the population, and partial financing of the purchase of vaccines against the infection caused by coronavirus COVID-19, in order to ensure the accessibility of vaccination for the population. The remaining 50% will remain at the disposal of the regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee and will be directed towards the repair, reconstruction, restoration, and renovation of historical and cultural values, memorial complexes, and sites of military glory from the Great Patriotic War period.
