Republican government bodies and other government organisations subordinate to the government, local executive and administrative bodies, and other organisations are recommended to voluntarily hold the Republican Subbotnik at their workplaces or to carry out landscaping and restoration of historical and cultural values, territories of populated areas, and preparation of children's health and sports and health camps for the summer season.
Funds earned on the day of the Republican Subbotnik, including at workplaces, in amounts determined voluntarily by employees, including employees whose activities are not related to the production of goods (works) or the provision of paid services, shall be transferred through district and city executive committees to regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee.
Regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee shall transfer 50% of the received funds to the Ministry of Finance.
The remaining 50% of the funds shall remain at the disposal of the regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee and shall be directed towards the reconstruction, restoration, and renovation of historical and cultural values, strengthening the material and technical base of state institutions of additional education for children and youth that ensure the development of technical creativity of children and youth, the creation and development of innovation infrastructure entities, and the preparation of children's health and sports and health camps for the summer season.
Employers shall withhold funds from the wages of employees for whom April 22 is a working day, with their consent, in amounts determined voluntarily by the employee collectives themselves.
The Resolution also approves the composition of the working group for the preparation and holding of the Republican Subbotnik on April 22. It is headed by Deputy Prime Minister Vasily Zharko.
