Raid activities at points of sale of fire safety equipment

Officers of the Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted regular raid activities at trade facilities to counter the circulation of products that are dangerous and do not comply with fire safety legislation.

During the event, officers of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations visited the shop of individual entrepreneur "Karimov", Lepel, 55 Maxim Gorky St., the shop "AvtoMagiya" of LLC "PolozovAvto", the shop "Tri Tseny", Lepel, 130A Voykova St., the shop "Tri Tseny", Lepel, 48A/9 Chuykova St.

Rescuers checked for the availability of fire extinguishing agents for sale, and technical means functioning as part of fire automation systems (fire detectors). Due attention was paid to the availability of certificates of conformity with the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing means" (TR EAEU 043/2017).

Discussions were held with employees on the mandatory compliance with current legislation in the field of trade in fire safety and fire extinguishing means. No instances of product sales without conformity assessment documents were identified.
