Currently, the reserve of managerial staff of the district executive committee includes 114 candidates for 71 positions in the personnel registry. All of them have higher education, three have two higher education degrees, seven have undergone retraining at the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, 16 people have improved their qualifications at the regional and national level, and 32 have temporarily performed the duties of heads of organizations and structural divisions.
A special reserve group has also been formed, which includes promising managers and specialists with experience in managerial work and capable of filling responsible managerial positions due to their business and personal qualities. The prospective personnel reserve of the district executive committee includes 21 people under the age of 31. In most cases, appointments to managerial positions are made from the personnel reserve. The healthcare institution "Lepel Central District Hospital" has established a personnel reserve for deputy chief physicians and heads of departments. However, a reserve for the chief physicians of the Sloboda District Hospital and the Pyshnyan nursing care hospital, as well as heads of paramedic-obstetric stations, is not being formed, as determined by the registry of the Chairman of the district executive committee. The work with the reserve personnel corps in the culture department of the district executive committee, the communal unitary production enterprise of housing and communal services "Lepel", the communal unitary production and trade enterprise "Pryvulle", the communal unitary enterprise "Design and Architectural Bureau of Lepel City and District", and others has been recognized as insufficient.
