The public discussion was held in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2016 No. 687.
The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee) hereby informs about the results of the public discussion of the project
"Detailed Plan 'Zapadny' in Lepel",
developed by UP "BELNIIGRADOSTROITELSTVO"
The public discussion was held in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2016 No. 687 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation No. 687), in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and analysing public opinion.
The public discussion took place from 7 February 2020 to 2 March 2020 inclusive.
The notice of the public discussion was published in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" in issue No. 10 (11775) dated 4 February 2020.
From 7 February 2020, the notice with illustrative material was posted on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee on the Internet - lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by, in the special section "Public Discussions".
Announcements of the public discussion of the project were posted on the 1st floor in the lobby of the main entrance of the Lepel District Executive Committee.
The notice of the public discussion of the project: Detailed Plan "Zapadny" contained the necessary information in accordance with the requirements of clause 9, chapter 1 of Regulation No. 687.
An exhibition of the materials submitted for public discussion was organised from 7 February 2020 to 21 February 2020 inclusive.
During the public discussion of the project, no appeals from citizens were received by the Lepel District Executive Committee through entries in the register of remarks and proposals of public discussion participants.
