The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee) hereby informs about the results of the public discussion of the project: "General Plan of the City of Lepel", developed by UP "BELNIIPGRADOSTROITELSTVO".
The public discussion was held in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2016 No. 687 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation No. 687), in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and analysing public opinion.
The notice of the public discussion was published in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" in issue No. 102 (11555) dated December 22, 2017.
From December 22, 2017, the notice with illustrative material was posted on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee on the Internet at lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the special section "Public Discussions".
Announcements about the public discussion of the project were posted on the 1st floor in the lobby of the main entrance of the Lepel District Executive Committee.
The notice of the public discussion of the project: "General Plan of the City of Lepel" contained the necessary information in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No. 687.
The public discussion took place from January 5, 2018, to January 29, 2018, inclusive. During this period, the public discussion logbook was located in office No. 107 of the Lepel District Executive Committee.
An exhibition of the materials submitted for public discussion was organised from January 5, 2018, to January 19, 2018, inclusive. The exhibition included:
- graphic materials - a scheme for the placement of projected territories, functional zoning of territories;
- textual materials - an explanatory note "General Provisions" with the main technical and economic indicators for the project.
During the public discussion of the project, the Lepel District Executive Committee received appeals from citizens by recording them in the logbook of remarks and proposals from public discussion participants.
The received comments and proposals have been sent for consideration to the Architectural and Urban Planning Council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. The minutes of the public discussion of the object: "General Plan of the city of Lepel" are posted on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee within the period established by law.
