Under her leadership, the institution significantly improved its performance indicators and strengthened its position as the most successful school for training future cultural and arts professionals.

Furthermore, Veronika Aleksandrovna is a deputy and also the deputy chairperson of the Lepel regional branch of "Belaya Rus", which demonstrates her active civic stance and commitment to working for the benefit of her native region and country.
