This holiday is rightfully a symbol of courage, bravery, and patriotism, embodying the continuity of generations in selfless service to the Motherland. The defence of the Fatherland is a sacred duty, the fulfilment of which is a matter of honour and conscience for everyone.
In every home, in every family, the memory of the heroism of grandfathers and fathers is cherished, and the generation of Victors, whose lives have become an example for the youth, is honoured.
With special warmth today, we honour those who have chosen the difficult military service and are faithful to their military oath. By educating new generations on examples of courage and valour, we lay the foundation for maintaining a stable and peaceful life, and for the development and prosperity of the state.
