Daily reception of citizens from 08:00 to 09:00 is carried out by the court secretary Orlova Irina Viktorovna.

The President of the Court conducts personal reception of citizens, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities on issues of:

- court organisation;

- unethical conduct of judges and court staff.

Acceptance of claims, applications, and complaints requiring resolution in accordance with procedural legislation is carried out by the court chancellery (office No. 6) and the leading specialist (office No. 3).

Confidential visits of judges by parties to the proceedings are not permitted.
