Water and fish are two priceless gifts of nature, inextricably linked. Humans constantly use resources, therefore they are simply obliged to treat them rationally. Nevertheless, the culture of nature management, characteristic of some of our compatriots, leaves much to be desired. Many fishermen recall how, during fishing trips, they had to pull the most unexpected items out of the water – shoes, clothes, household utensils. Often these "trophies" are left behind by their own companions after ice fishing, along with a lot of other small litter, which after the ice melts settles on the bottom or washes ashore.
The Rules for Fishery Management and Fishing oblige anglers to maintain the proper sanitary condition of fishing grounds, not to leave litter and other waste on their banks, and to prevent pollution. State inspectors will monitor compliance with these requirements in the upcoming season. Malicious violators will be brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of up to 20 base units.
Also, the Rules for Fishery Management and Fishing prohibit the parking of motor vehicles within the boundaries of coastal strips of water bodies up to 30 meters from the shoreline, and the washing of vehicles and other technical equipment within the water protection zones of water bodies. For violation of these requirements of the Rules, administrative responsibility is also provided in the form of a fine of up to 20 base units.
