"This decision was made due to the possible need to adjust the schedules and timetables of all types of trains: long-distance trains and suburban trains, as well as freight trains," explain Russian Railways. The bill on the return of winter time, one year after its abolition by Dmitry Medvedev, was submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation yesterday by the Chairman of the Duma Committee on Health Protection, Sergey Kalashnikov.
