At the beginning of August, the Head of State signed a Decree amending the Road Traffic Regulations. These amendments will affect not only car drivers but also cyclists and those who prefer to use personal mobility devices.

Most drivers support the changes, as dismounting is a key safety measure, especially in busy urban traffic conditions.

A significant change also concerns window tinting: film coatings will be permitted on the rear and side windows of vehicles. The requirements for marking winter tires have also been changed. Tires marked "All Seasons" will no longer be considered winter tires. The Road Traffic Regulations have also been clarified regarding movement within horticultural associations, which are now classified as residential areas.
