The following will be organised: patrolling of public roads and areas adjacent to places of mass recreation for citizens to monitor the safe movement of persons using personal mobility devices; raid operations to cover rural councils and settlements to identify and suppress instances of driving motor vehicles by intoxicated persons who do not have a driving license.

The State Automobile Inspectorate draws particular attention to the need to inform internal affairs bodies about instances of intoxicated pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists being on the roadway.
