From November 20 to 25, 2021, a series of preventive events called "State Technical Inspection" will be held in the Vitebsk region, aimed at preventing road traffic accidents due to technical malfunctions of vehicles.
During this campaign, traffic police officers will organize joint raid activities with the participation of representatives of UP "Beltekhosmotr" to identify cases of operating vehicles without a permit for participation in road traffic, with particular attention being paid to the technical condition of vehicles owned by legal entities (individual entrepreneurs).

In accordance with Part 4 of Article 18.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus, citizens operating a vehicle for which a permit for participation in road traffic has not been issued, or which has not been registered in the prescribed manner, will be brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine from 1 to 3 base units. In case of repeated violation within a year, the fine will be from 2 to 5 base units.
