To prevent tragedies, the State Traffic Inspectorate (GAI) will strengthen control over traffic rules compliance, especially near schools and pedestrian crossings.

- Drivers are obliged to switch on low beam headlights even during the day. - Reduce speed near schools, courtyards, and at pedestrian crossings. - Parents should remind children about safety rules.

For violations, a warning or a fine of up to 126 Belarusian rubles is provided.
