From December 25 to 28, the State Automobile Inspectorate will enhance control over the road situation: the preventive event "Safe Region" will be held.

State Automobile Inspectorate officers have been transferred to an enhanced duty regime.

The region's roads are being patrolled to prevent traffic violations related to entering the oncoming lane and exceeding speed limits.

Efforts will also focus on preventing the operation of vehicles by intoxicated drivers and those without a driving license.

Regarding pedestrians, traffic police officers will pay attention to their physical condition and the presence of retroreflective elements during hours of darkness.
