To make the world around them interesting and, most importantly, safe. Under this common idea, young rescuer-firefighters will unite as part of the Ministry of Emergency Situations' republican campaign "Youth for Safety".
From October 4 to October 15, the campaign "Youth for Safety" will be held in the republic, timed to coincide with the day of the formation of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers-Firefighters (BYPA).
During the first stage of the campaign, from October 4 to October 12, young rescuers, together with employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, with the support of public organizations and representatives of work collectives, will begin visiting veterans of the Great Patriotic War and elderly people living alone to provide patronage and charitable assistance. The youth labour brigade will provide feasible assistance in chopping firewood, cleaning residential premises, yards, and installing autonomous fire alarms.
In the second stage, from October 13 to October 15, rescuers together with young rescuers-firefighters will hold an event in educational institutions and places of mass gathering of people, the main goal of which is to inform the public about the activities of the BYPA.
