From 8 to 10 August, the traffic police of the Vitebsk region will hold a preventive event "Safe Region".

It is aimed at preventing road traffic accidents: - involving and caused by pedestrians; - committed by drivers violating speed limits and overtaking rules.

The State Automobile Inspectorate will conduct operations on republican highways using overt, covert, and mixed control, including the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

In addition, State Automobile Inspectorate officers will give presentations in work collectives. Special attention will be paid to disseminating information on safe road behavior rules.

We call on all road users to strictly adhere to the traffic regulations!
