The solemn ceremony was conducted by the head of the district's deputy corps, Igor Urban, and the Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee, Mikhail Kiselevich.

Raisa Vladimirovna was addressed with many warm words, noting her unique experience and professionalism, noble human qualities, as well as active participation in the socio-political life of the district.

We remind you that Raisa Vladimirovna dedicated almost 50 years to working in the education system, and for 25 years she headed the gymnasium of the town of Lepel. Raisa Vladimirovna has been awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of Lepel District".

Currently, the resident of Lepel is on a well-deserved retirement, but she remains a person with an active civic stance. As an experienced educator, Raisa Borovets undoubtedly continues to be an authority among her colleagues.
