With the arrival of spring and the establishment of positive temperatures, a period of nature's renewal begins: the earth is freed from snow, meadows and fields start to turn green, and rivers and lakes are freed from ice.

However, the results of human activities often disrupt this: garbage dumps, felled and piled trees, and traces of arson on grass, which most often appear in spring.

Therefore, in the spring period, clean-up campaigns, land improvement months, and territory beautification initiatives are actively launched, under the auspices of which garbage is removed and new trees are planted.



It is worth reminding once again that territory cleaning is a set of measures carried out to bring the territory into a sanitary condition that meets the requirements of legislation on the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, and public utilities.



Sanitary norms, rules, and hygienic standards establish requirements for the maintenance of territories of settlements and organizations, and are mandatory for compliance by state bodies, other organizations, and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs.



The territories of settlements and organizations, including those assigned to organizations for maintenance by decision of local executive and administrative bodies, must be kept clean.



Land improvement should become a matter of honor for everyone; only by observing the rules of environmental culture and teaching this to our children can we achieve that our common home – Earth – is clean and comfortable for us, our children, and grandchildren.
