In the bronze medal match, the Belarusian team defeated the Moldovan team with a score of 3:1.
The tournament was won by the Ukrainian team, which snatched victory from the Polish team with a score of 4:2 after a hard-fought contest.
Belarusian defender Vitaly Krupitsa was named the best player of the tournament in his position. The best goalkeeper was Marek Goretzki of Poland, and the best forward was Oleg Zborovsky of Ukraine, who scored 6 goals. The refereeing of Romualdas Cviklinskis from Lithuania was recognized with a special prize for the best referee of the "Friendship Cup-2011".
The "Friendship Cup" international beach soccer tournament was held in Vitebsk from July 15 to 17 with the participation of eight teams from Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Latvia, and Russia.
