By secret ballot, Igor Urban was unanimously re-elected as the Chairperson of the District Council of Deputies.
By open ballot, Yuri Mily was elected as the Deputy Chairperson of the District Council of Deputies.

During the session, 5 standing commissions were also formed, and their composition and heads were determined.

At the session, deputies also formed the presidium of the District Council of Deputies.
