Today, a ceremonial reception for women – mothers of large families from the Vitebsk region – was held at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

It is gratifying to note that Lepel women are among them. Diana Prokoshina received the Order of Motherhood from the hands of the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin, and the Zinaida Tusnolobova-Marchenko Prize was awarded to Maya Lyabik.
