The main document of a citizen of our country was presented to the young residents of Lepel by: the Head of the District Mikhail Kiselevich, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee Viktor Azarenok, Prosecutor of Lepel District Vitaly Zhigimont, and Head of the Civil Registry Office of the District Executive Committee Elena Belskaya.
