Before the competition started, the delegation from Lepel district actively spent time in Vitebsk. The participants managed to see the beauties of the northern capital and rehearse their performances.
Representatives of various professions gathered at the regional stage of the competition: doctors, social protection specialists, educators, law enforcement officers, emergency services employees, and more.
Earlier, they presented their video clips to the jury. Today, in an offline format, participants are demonstrating their "calling cards," where they reflect on why their profession is the best, as well as creative performances.
The performances and "calling cards" are being evaluated by a competent jury. Its members include heads of committees, main departments, and departments of the regional executive committee, representatives of regional branch trade union organizations, and public associations.
