An extraordinary meeting was held today, dedicated to the re-election of delegates for the upcoming extraordinary conference of the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Association of the Visually Impaired (BelTIZ).

The meeting was attended and addressed by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the Public Association "BelTIZ" – Konstantin Lamchanovsky, as well as the Head of the Ideological Work and Youth Affairs Department of the district executive committee Svetlana Sheveleva.

Before the official part, a small concert was organized for the participants, prepared by the amateur group "Myatlitsa".
