On the eve of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, a concert programme "From Heart to Heart" was held here.

Svetlana Sheveleva, Head of the Ideological Work and Youth Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee, addressed the attendees with a welcoming speech. She noted that despite their limitations, these remarkable people are distinguished by their exceptional diligence, patience, and aspiration for the best.

Natalia Aniskina, Chairperson of the Lepel District Organisation of the Belarusian Association of the Disabled public association, and Susanna Smoževskaya, Chairperson of the Audit Committee, also addressed the guests with words of support.

And the artists on this day shared their creativity with double warmth! Bright, energetic, and lyrical performances by soloists and ensembles filled the hall with positive emotions and created a truly festive atmosphere!
