With words of greeting and congratulations, the Head of the District Department for Emergency Situations, Ivan Maskalkov, addressed the rescuers. He noted that this profession is prestigious, but at the same time dangerous. With every combat mission, rescuers risk their lives, performing their duties at a high professional level.
