Representatives of the "101" service informed citizens about the fire situation in the district and the region, revealed the causes of their occurrence, and elaborated on "safety secrets" in everyday life.
Rescuers also reminded that it is high time to inspect stoves after the heating period and, if necessary, bring them into proper condition.
The issue of safety when tidying up household plots remains relevant.
– Careless handling of fire and burning dry grass is a direct path to property loss and loss of life, – emphasized the employees of the district department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and gave examples of injuries and deaths caused by negligence in handling fire.
– Dry grass burns like gunpowder. It is extremely difficult to stop the spread of fire in such a situation on your own. Therefore, when tidying up your plot, refrain from burning rubbish and making bonfires, – urged the rescuers, reinforcing their words with a thematic film.
Concluding the thematic meeting, participants noted that they would be more attentive to safety issues in their daily lives. And to ensure that the necessary information is always at hand, the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees presented thematic booklets to all attendees.
– We are very grateful to the rescuers for such a useful and necessary event, – shared one of the participants. – Now we know how to act correctly in case of an emergency and how to prevent it.
