During supervisory activities conducted, it was established that the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire are not fully complied with at the State Institution "LRFOC".

During supervisory activities conducted, it was established that the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire are not fully complied with at the State Institution "LRFOC".

The following violations were identified at the State Institution "LRFOC":

- evacuation routes and exits from the administrative building are not fully marked with fire safety signs;

- locks on doors located on evacuation routes (internal door of the main entrance, door separating the vestibule, door to the second-floor staircase, internal door at the exit from the gym) are not ensured to be freely opened from the inside without a key;

- the fire evacuation plan has not been developed in accordance with Appendix 2 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Resolution No. 82.

Evacuation drills for fire or other emergency situations, as well as briefings on fire safety regulations, were conducted with the staff. A presentation was given to the work collective during the inspection. 7 people were instructed.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
