During supervisory activities conducted at the State Forestry Institution "Lepel Forestry" (GLKHU "Lepelsky leskhoz"), the following violations were identified:

at the inventory warehouse located at: Lepel, Depovskaya St., 1:

  • the inventory warehouse building is operated in violation of requirements (the width of the evacuation exit from the annex (from the manager's office) is less than 0.8 m);

  • the inventory warehouse building is operated in violation of requirements (the height of the evacuation route near the external evacuation exit is less than 2.0 m).

at the petrol station territory located at: Lepel, Depovskaya St., 1:

  • the fuel and lubricants warehouse building and the operator's room are operated in violation of requirements (the premises are not protected by a fire alarm system and a system for alerting and managing the evacuation of people in case of fire).

the production workshops located at: Lepel, Depovskaya St., 1:

  • the production workshop building is operated in violation of requirements (the building is not protected by a fire alarm system and a system for alerting and managing the evacuation of people in case of fire);

  • the production workshop building is operated in violation of requirements (spiral staircases are permitted on evacuation routes from the second floor of the building);

at the Kamensky Forestry Unit located at: Lepel District, Kamen village, Tsentralnaya St., 2:

  • the forestry unit building is operated in violation of requirements (the duplicate door of the external evacuation exit does not open in the direction of exit from the building).

at the inventory warehouse located at: Lepel, Depovskaya St., 1:

  • the operability and proper condition of fire protection and firefighting equipment (fire alarm systems) are not ensured.

in the building of the State Forestry Institution "Lepel Forestry" (GLKHU "Lepelsky leskhoz") located at: Lepel, Depovskaya St., 1:

  • failed to ensure the training of employees responsible for fire safety (employees responsible for fire safety: at the woodworking shop of the forestry enterprise and the woodworking production of the forestry enterprise (drying section); in the administrative building and warehouses of the forestry enterprise; at the fuel and lubricants station; in the building materials warehouse and construction sites of the forestry enterprise; in the lower timber yard of the forestry enterprise; in utility rooms and chip production sites, in the chip storage; at the logging camp of the forestry enterprise; in the buildings of the hunting facility of the forestry enterprise; in the buildings of the "Forest Khutir" facility), members of volunteer fire brigades (fire squad of the woodworking shop of the forestry enterprise) according to the fire-technical minimum programs determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations;

on the territory of the petrol station at the address: Lepel, Depovskaya St., 1:

  • a non-closed embankment has not been constructed around the above-ground group of oil product tanks in accordance with the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts;

In the woodworking shop (broad floor) at the address: Lepel, Depovskaya St., 1:

  • combustible materials are allowed to be stored in fire breaks between buildings and structures.

During the monitoring, in buildings equipped with a fire alarm system, a check of the system's serviceability and operability was carried out jointly with representatives of UP "Polotsk Enterprise of Fire Fighting Works" RGOO "BDPO". No violations were identified during the work performed.

During the inspections, presentations were made to work collectives.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
