A republican scientific and practical seminar on "New opportunities for employers in choosing forms and systems of remuneration in the context of liberalizing economic activities of commercial organizations" will be held today in Vitebsk. This was reported to BelTA correspondent by the press secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, Varvara Alexandrovich. The event, which will be attended by about 40 managers and specialists from scientific and commercial organizations, and representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and regional executive committees, will take place at the "Vitba" confectionery plant. Experts will address the seminar participants on topics such as "Opportunities for employers in establishing remuneration conditions for employees in the real sector of the economy", "Remuneration and motivation of specialists and managers ensuring product sales in domestic and foreign markets", "Building tariff remuneration systems based on point assessment of complexity and grading", "Scientific and methodological support for the implementation of flexible remuneration systems", "Results of monitoring the practical application of Decree No. 49 in commercial organizations". "The seminar format provides for a free exchange of views, which will allow participants to discuss, using specific examples, new opportunities for employers in choosing forms and systems of remuneration in the context of liberalizing economic activities of commercial organizations, as well as to use the acquired experience in practice," noted Varvara Alexandrovich. The seminar in Vitebsk opens a series of republican scientific and practical seminars to be held by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in 2012. They will be organized in each region of the republic on the basis of specific enterprises, the press secretary clarified. New forms and systems of remuneration are applied in organizations of the republic in accordance with Decree No. 181 of May 10, 2011 "On some measures to improve state regulation in the field of remuneration." -0-
