– The focus on young specialists should be primarily on the employer and, of course, on the part of local authorities: the conditions under which a person works, the requirements set for them, the working schedule, and the measures of responsibility. Everything must be commensurate.
This was stated by the Aide to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Sergey Levkovich, during an open dialogue with participants of the first stage of the regional forum for young specialists and young workers of the agro-industrial complex.
Sergey Levkovich emphasized that normal conditions must be created in every farm for a young specialist to realize their potential.
– One of the objectives of such meetings is to identify gifted, talented, and proactive young people who want to work and grow professionally. To achieve this, it is necessary to utilize internships in the best farms in the region and the country, and possibly abroad. We must invest in promising individuals who wish to prove themselves and develop in the agricultural sector.
The concluding event of the forum, held today for 80 young specialists from seven regions of the Dvina area, took place at the precision farming training center of SPK "MazolovoGaz" of UP "Vitebskoblgaz". Among the speakers were also the General Director of UP "Vitebskoblgaz" Alexander Brantsevich, Rector of the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine Olga Gorlova, and Chairman of the Vitebsk District Executive Committee Sergey Egorov.
The second and third stages of the forum for the western and southern districts of the Vitebsk region will be held early next year in Postavy and Orsha.
