The season for collective hunts is in full swing, as is the hunting of waterfowl. Therefore, the Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora once again reminds citizens that, in accordance with paragraph 51 of the Hunting Rules,

a state hunting permit;

documents confirming the payment of the state fee for granting the right to hunt in accordance with paragraph 53 of these Rules;

a hunting permit or a licence and a hunting permit attached to the licence, issued to this citizen (or the citizen must be indicated in the hunting permit attached to the licence held by the hunting manager);

a permit from the internal affairs bodies for the storage and carrying of hunting weapons when hunting with personal weapons, or a permit for the carrying of hunting weapons and ammunition for them, obtained for temporary use during hunting from the hunting grounds user in the manner established by the Ministry of Forestry jointly with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, when hunting with their use.

Hunting conducted by a citizen without obtaining the documents specified in the first part of this paragraph is considered hunting without a proper permit, which entails consequences in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
