The safekeeping and availability of fuel and lubricants, mineral fertilizers, and plant protection products are under control.

In all agricultural enterprises, pre-trip, in-between-trip, and post-trip inspections are strictly conducted by responsible persons and medical personnel, taking into account the physical condition of drivers. State Automobile Inspectorate employees periodically participate in pre-trip driver inspections.

To ensure road traffic safety and reduce accidents on the district's roads, State Automobile Inspectorate employees provide escorts for the unimpeded movement of agricultural machinery to its operational areas for fieldwork. State Automobile Inspectorate vehicles constantly escort heavy and oversized vehicles on the roads. Flashing blue lights on the special vehicle indicate that drivers, regardless of their direction of travel, must yield and ensure the unimpeded passage of the vehicle, whose working width is sometimes very substantial.

During the harvesting and procurement campaign, control is exercised over the technical condition of agricultural machinery. State Automobile Inspectorate employees pay particular attention to preventing instances of driving vehicles while intoxicated.
