A quiet November afternoon. A drizzle falls, silent trees stand in contemplation, preparing for the onset of winter. Together with the Head of the Civil Registry Office, Alena Belskaya, we enter the maternity ward of the healthcare institution "Lepel Central District Hospital", see the joyful faces of women – and it immediately seems that a unique spring has arrived. This bright time always prevails in the maternity ward, because it is here that the first and happy moments of the birth of new life occur.
Happy young mothers approach the rest room. The women's faces are lit up with smiles – they have found the most precious and invaluable treasure in life. Dads with beautiful bouquets of flowers enter the cozy foyer. They heartily congratulate their beloved ones. It was very pleasant to observe how the men held their babies for the first time in their lives.
Volha and Aleh Vinitzki are a young family. The young parents decided to name their first daughter Ariyana. The girl was born weighing three kilograms 880 grams and measuring 54 centimeters. The young family lives in a cozy house. Aleh once acquired the specialty of a mechanic at the Lepel Agricultural Technical College and now works as a driver in a military unit. Volha graduated from Bobrov Secondary School and is now studying by correspondence at Vitebsk State University named after P. Masherov, majoring in "Physics and Mathematics Teacher".
In the family of Anastasia and Ruslan Dziemko, their first child was also born. Despite the fact that the baby is only eight days old, he already recognizes his mother's voice, feels the warmth of her hands. During our conversation, the baby slept peacefully in his father's arms.
Anastasia acquired the specialty of an economist at the Polotsk Trade and Technology College, and is now studying by correspondence at Polotsk State University, majoring in "Finance and Credit". Her husband Ruslan works as a fitter-crusher at the "Lepel" branch of ZAT "Vitebskagropromproduct". The young family's son was born weighing three kilograms 480 grams and measuring 58 centimeters. The parents decided to name him Stanislav.
The Head of the Civil Registry Office, Alena Belskaya, heartily congratulated the young families on this joyous event in their lives. Alena Konstantinovna presented the parents with birth certificates for the children, as well as memos explaining the meaning of the chosen name for the baby.
