"A working group has been created at the Ministry of Education to study the issue. Within September, the Investigative Committee should be given a report on the measures taken. If this work does not satisfy the requirements that are initially set for eliminating the causes and conditions for committing crimes, we, in accordance with the law, will seek their elimination."
