During work not planned by the technological process, an explosion occurred near a residential building under construction in Polotsk, as a result of which a welder born in 1990 died, and a fitter born in 1964 received serious injuries. Fragments of ammunition were found at the scene, their origin will be established after the examination, Inna Gorbacheva emphasized. A check is being carried out in this regard.
