Schoolchildren were warned about the dangers of tobacco at events held as part of the republican information and educational campaign "Belarus Against Tobacco". For example, children from the "Solnyshko" (Little Sun) school camp at Staiki Secondary School worked on creating a thematic newspaper. The camp session started recently. But "Neposedy" (Fidgets) and "Rvanyy ked" (Torn Sneaker) – these are the names of the school squads – managed to participate in the event "Say 'No' to Cigarettes". After watching a film, the children answered questionnaires about their understanding of a healthy lifestyle. Statistics, cigarettes glued to a drawn urn – the children put effort into both the design and the informational content of the wall newspaper.
Health Days were also held in the school camps of Sloboda Secondary School. "A healthy mind in a healthy body" – pupils of grades 1-6 participated in this presentation and game program. And eleven eighth-graders from the work camp confirmed the axiom "I want to be healthy" in practice. From relays to standards – they proved themselves in various sports challenges.
