What is the permitted catch limit for fish below marketable size?

The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora reminds anglers that, in accordance with clause 100 of these Rules, amateur fishing allows for the catch of fish that have not reached the commercial size, as specified in Annex 3 to these Rules, not exceeding 20 percent of the quantity of caught fish of each species for which a commercial size is established.
