Presidential scholarship holder, Yana Strelchenko from Lepel, has once again made a name for herself by becoming a first-degree laureate at the II International Festival-Competition of Musical and Artistic Creativity "Slavic Meetings".
Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Dagestan, Azerbaijan – the competition was fierce. The performers' talent was assessed by a professional jury, which included lecturers from the Belarusian State Academy of Music. The festival lasted for three days, with participants performing on the stage of the Minsk Palace of Railway Workers. "But I want to sing and dance!" – this song brought Yana victory in the "Pop Vocal" nomination in the 11-12 years age group.
