The XXVII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" is solemnly closing today, reports BELTA.

A galaxy of artists, not just a constellation, is involved in the musical farewell to festival Vitebsk until next year. The audience will have a chance to meet Aleksandr Malinin, Tamara Gverdtsiteli, Aleksandr Buynov, Vika Tsyganova, Diana Gurtskaya, Aleksandr Solodukha, Max Barskih, Robertino Loretti, and many others.

But first (at 18:00), the Kuban Cossack Choir will delight the audience in the Summer Amphitheatre with folk motifs. And at the Regional Philharmonic, the passionate men from the Georgian ensemble "Alilo" will transport thoughts and dreams to the mountains with their polyphony and spirited dances.

"Theatre Meetings" will be exciting in their own way. The agency "Art-partner XXI" (Russia) invites romantics to the "Vitebsk" Concert Hall, where "Territory of Love" has been temporarily declared. At the same time, lovers of mysticism, thrillers, and the works of N. Gogol will find themselves at the Kolas Theatre – the Moscow Theatre on the South-West will stage the play "The Gamblers".

Although the street art festival "On Seven Winds" officially closed yesterday, performances, dances, and poetry recitations will continue on its sites in the city today. The "Puppet Quarter" will delight children and adults with a charming poetic parable based on the folk tale "Alyonushka and Ivanushka".

In a word, echoing the song by Queen, the show must go on. This also applies to the entire festival, whose projects will continue even after the closing ceremony – until July 18.
