15.29. Return of a tractor driver-machinist certificate and (or) its coupon after its (their) seizure, expiry of the period of deprivation of the right to drive a wheeled tractor, self-propelled machine for persons deprived of this right for other offences.
15.30. State registration of a wheeled tractor, its trailer and a self-propelled machine.
